When will my order be shipped?
Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1–3 business days. During this time, we verify and prepare your order to ensure everything is perfect before moving forward.
Why does processing sometimes take longer?
Depending on inventory availability, some items may require additional 6–9 business days for manufacturing and development. This allows us to deliver beautifully crafted pieces that meet our highest standards.
How long is delivery?
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.
Limitations and exceptions
Although we make every effort to meet the delivery times mentioned above, some circumstances beyond our control may cause delays, including:
- Customs formalities
- Adverse weather conditions
- Force majeure or global disruptions
Milalucy.com cannot be held liable for these delays, but we thank you for your understanding and patience in such situations.
Import duties and VAT upon delivery
Orders placed with Milalucy are shipped from outside the European Union. This means that, as a customer, you are considered the importer of the package upon delivery. In some cases, import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees may be charged by local customs or delivery services.
These costs are not included in the sales price and are not collected in advance by Milalucy. Any import costs are therefore borne by the customer.
